2007 Pinewood Derby
3/18/2007

Cub Scout Pack 127 had an exciting evening of racing at the annual Pinewood Derby, held this year at the Brooks Gym. An awesome array of cars designed for speed and style battled it out for the top spots. Electronic timing controls guaranteed accurate results even in the closest races. All the boys were winners for a spectacular display of hardwork and good sportsmanship.

Lincoln Pack 127 travelled to Fall River to sleep overnight on the Battleship Massachusetts. The boys enjoyed special presentations and movies, climbed all over the equipment, ate dinner and breakfast in the mess hall, and slept on the sailor's cots suspended from the ceiling.

Blue and Gold Dinner 2005
2/7/2005

This year's Blue and Gold Dinner was held for the first time at the Codman Carriage House. The second grade Wolves den opened the meeting, and after a short introduction the boys and their families enjoyed a delicious potluck dinner. Speakers Thomas Elder and Guido Perera each gave interesting talks about their own history and experiences with scouting. After dinner the dens entertained the group with short skits. There was an awards presentation for the scouts who had earned badges over the last month. Finally, the evening ended with the crossover ceremony for the Webelos II cub scouts who were bridging over to the Lincoln Boy Scout Troop the next month.
